Rural Iowa ARC consists of those interested in the amateur radio hobby in Northeast Iowa, primarily Fayette and Buchanan Counties.  We participate in ARRL Field Day, have a special event station for the Oelwein Railroad Days Celebration and regularily have a fox hunt (transmitter hunting) exercise.
